What better way to celebrate St David's day in the year of the dragon than with a dragon cake?
This was terribly fun to make and probably cost about £3 in all. I made a few mistakes - should have put butter icing under the fondant on the dragon to make him smoother and definately should have iced the cake first *then* added the dragon but hey ho. Also, should have checked I had a cake tin big enough to carry the little fella.
Notice: No dragons were harmed in the making or eating of this cake.
Materials - cake, marshmallow fondant icing, buttercream icing.
